After discussing your training needs with Amtec Corporation, you may print the registration form below and email / fax it to Amtec Corporation. We will assist you with your options.
Registration should be made at least 1 week prior to the training date. Cancellation, with full refund, must be done within 3 working days of the beginning class date. Registered individuals who fail to cancel in time, or to attend, are subject to the entire fee, but may attend a later class during a 1 year period without additional charge. Substitution for a registered individual may be requested by contacting Amtec Corporation. Amtec reserves the right to cancel training within 1 week of a scheduled class with full refund to registrants.
